- Demonstration on mixing and colouring your RI from scratch and different RI consistencies explained.

- How to bag your RI without a mess.

- The use of tools and equipment from the class.

- Basic outline and flooding of cookies, how to achieve the perfect smooth flood.

- Using wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry teqniques.

- 2D dimensional piping.

- 3D flowers.

- How to use edible pens on RI.

 

Includes:

- A pdf document of the RI recipe and everything else you need to know about working with RI.

- Basic sugar cookie recipe.

- 6 ready baked cookies.

- Icing in bags.

- Practice sheet.

Light refreshments, coffee and tea will be served.
